Production Description:
The PU hydrocyclone separator for mineral processing applications provides accurate particle classification and efficient slurry separation for mining operations. Using centrifugal force the cyclone separates fine particles into overflow streams while coarse materials are discharged through the underflow outlet. The polyurethane lining offers superior resistance to wear and chemical corrosion compared with traditional steel hydrocyclones. This product is widely applied in coal preparation plants tailings treatment systems silica sand washing and ore concentration processes. Available cyclone diameters range from 75mm to 660mm to meet different capacity requirements. The hydrocyclone can also be supplied as a multi cyclone cluster system for high throughput processing plants.

Working Principle
The slurry is fed into the cyclone tangentially under pressure, generating a high-speed rotating flow inside the cyclone body. Under centrifugal force:
- Coarse and heavy particles move toward the outer wall and discharge from the underflow outlet.
- Fine and light particles move upward through the vortex finder and exit from the overflow outlet.
This continuous separation process provides accurate particle classification and improved grinding efficiency.
