The heating embossing roller is a critical component in the production of melt-blown and spun-bonded non-woven fabrics. It utilizes thermal oil flow channels to maintain uniform surface temperature, enabling precise heat transfer patterns on fabric surfaces.

Surface Hardness: HRC58~62

Hollow Inner Tank Spiral Heating: Features spiral liner for directional heat transfer oil flow with temperature difference ≤1.5°C

Perimeter Drilled Heating: Utilizes peripheral deep holes for thermal oil circulation with temperature difference <1°C

Maximum Surface Temperature: 250°C
